Delivering your Order
Thanks for considering placing an order with the Peter Cox Photography Gallery!
Established in 2011, we have several years' experience delivering orders all over the world. We pride ourselves on our customer service and making sure your experience is as smooth and satisfactory as possible. For an overview of how we process and package orders, please check out this video.
I hope that was informative! Here are some frequently asked questions.
- Do you deliver to my country?
Yes! We deliver worldwide, to any country.
- Will I have to pay duty and/or taxes when the photograph arrives?
In general, photography and artworks are exempt from import duties. This is definitely true in North America, and in our experience, most of the rest of the world as well.
- What happens if it arrives damaged?
Sometimes, despite the very sturdy packaging we use, accidents can happen. We 100% stand over our work and if the print is damaged, we ask that you send us a photograph to confirm. Once we're happy that it was damaged in transit, we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
- How long will it take to arrive?
This does depend on the time of year. During the summer season, we quote 4-6 weeks for delivery, although it can be sooner. If you're in a particular hurry, please let us know in the "notes" section when you place the order, and we'll do our best to get it out sooner.
- What shipping service do you use?
We use the most reliable and economical delivery service, which can vary according to the size and weight of your order. We stand over the shipping and will support you if there are any problems with the delivery.
- How much will it cost?
Unframed prints ship for free, anywhere in the world.
For framed prints, you'll be able to see the full cost of shipping during the checkout process and will have a chance to confirm before your final purchase.
