I often get asked about the gear I use. That's understandable. Photography is 50% about taking photographs and 100% about buying gear. Lovely gear.

So, to answer the question about the equipment I'm using at the moment, here is an annotated photograph of my camera bag.

I use an F-Stop backpack, which I have found very reliable. I did a comparison test once. We had three camera backpacks that we filled with eggs. To see how well the packs protected their contents, we threw them off a 15ft drop onto a stoney beach. None of the eggs in my F-Stop pack broke.
