Blooming Heather, Wicklow Mountains

Description:
Shot in the middle of the day, this is not my typical light to photograph in. The light on the purple heather was more than I could resist, however.

The storm you see in the top of the frame was moving towards me at a good clip, and I only had time for a few frames before the heavens opened and the light was gone.
