Highland Cow
Description:
Probably the most distinctive animal most people will see in Scotland is the Highland Cow. These great animals which resemble a Texas Steer rather bizzarely mated with a kitchen mop can be found all over the Highlands.
This was pretty much my first encounter with one. I imagine they're pretty used to being photographed, and the expression here says to me, 'Bloody tourist!'
