The category results are in for the Australia-based International Aperture Awards, one of the largest of the international photographic competitions.
Both of the images I submitted placed in the top 50 for the Landscape category, both claiming Bronze awards. Considering the first placed images achieved only Silver, and that there were many thousands of entries, I'm pretty pleased. I was also the only Irish photographer to place in the top 50.
